Today, I’m sharing a picture of this recipe that I made with my bloggy friend, Linda at With A Blast! This is another recipe that was made months ago – and I shared it on my Facebook page at the time …. but I really wanted to share it on the blog so y’all would know how wonderful it was, and then you could go check it out for yourself! 🙂 It would be a great breakfast, lunch, or even a light dinner! So, as you can see, I served it with some green beans, peaches and a roll. Well ok, you can’t see the roll, but it was there. 🙂
