Alright Jamie here is my question for you. You know I am not that great of a cook and if you remember my kids are picky eaters; especially jesse who has stomach problems so when we do have Mexican food I always buy mild and only use 1/4 to 1/2 the seasoning pack.
What would be the best way to make this so it is easy on my daughter's sensitive stomach?

WOW! You could make up a huge batch at once. Great idea!

I often leave the seasoning off our taco meat since I don't buy those little packets anymore. These look like some great seasonings to add a bit more flavor to taco night
Diane
The packets are really filled with a lot of chemicals. This is a great recipe thanks for sharing it on foodie friday.

I love making my own spice mixes for the same reason, I want to avoid scary ingredients. I do want to let you know though that (usually) beef bouillon granules also have a lot of chemicals in the including MSG. You might want to check your package at home and see. I bet you could just leave that out though and it would still taste great.
