Using common pantry ingredients, you can mix up a batch of this Homemade Baking Mix! It’s great for biscuits, pancakes, or anywhere you use the expensive yellow box stuff – but for a lot less money!
Homemade Baking Mix
I have to admit that I have been a huge fan of the baking mix that comes in the yellow box. Y’all know the one! TO be honest, I am a huge fan of it – because it made so many dishes so easy. I always thought it was some mix of stuff that was impossible to make at home … until I learned how simple and easy it really IS to make at home!
Let’s be honest, the yellow boxed stuff is absurdly expensive once you know what is in it – and I am a cheapo when it comes to making stuff myself that is better or cheaper!
Do you know what I love? I love knowing that I can substitute at home – using common pantry ingredients – for a lot less money!! I never have to worry about not having it on hand, because I can just as easily whip up another batch!
