Although I’m not much of a breakfast eater, my family loves breakfast food! With Easter just a week away, I thought I should be thinking about what to make for breakfast since holidays are one of the few times I actually look forward to breakfast! With the help of some of my food blogger friends, I have gathered up 10 brunch recipes that you can make the night before! I don’t know about you but there is something less daunting about having breakfast mostly made when you get up in the morning! I love the idea of just popping something in the oven or having very little to do while the coffee works it’s morning magic on me – and I even have a few recipes that are done and ready to eat by the time you wake up …. holla!
