Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce
This dipping sauce is a great way to amp up breadsticks, pizza, shrimp, corn, steak – and anything else you pair with it! It’s a super simple recipe that takes so little time, but the flavor makes it sooo worth it!
You might be asking what’s the big deal with butter and some garlic powder – and maybe some salt. It’s a great way to take food to the next level and let’s be honest dipping all of the things are kinda fun – and yummy! And don’t even think I just use this Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce for pizza crusts …. oh, no! I dip the whole slice!! Everyone in the Love Bakes Good Cakes house loves this dipping sauce – so we each get our own little dipping bowl!
Recipe for Garlic Butter Sauce
- butter
- garlic powder
- salt (optional)
How to make Garlic Butter
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Once the butter is completely melted, remove from heat and use a spoon to carefully remove the foamy layer on top; discarding foam.
- Whisk in garlic powder and salt, if using.
- Transfer to individual dipping bowls.
A few tips for making Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce
- If you choose to use salted butter, you may need to cut down on the amount of salt if you use it.
- What can you use this sauce for? Dipping breadsticks, pizza, shrimp, rolling corn on the cob in it, add some to the top of a finished steak – or anywhere else you might use butter!
