These Boo-nanas are a healthy and fun Halloween treat! They’re easy to make and kids love them!
Boo-nanas
Is it just me or is this year just flying by? I can hardly believe we’re already in the middle of October! I’m already seeing Christmas stuff creeping onto the internet – and I am soooo not ready for it. Please, tell me I’m not alone?!
Our local store had a great price on bananas this week, so I bought a bunch …. as in, quite a few bunches! My kiddos love to snack on them or they have one with their breakfast. Since we had so many, I thought it would be fun for the kiddos to make something different with them. These “Boo-nanas” were so much fun and the kiddos just loved them!
Really, they couldn’t be easier – bananas, white candy melts, coconut and raisins. Easy peasy. Plus, the kids think it’s kinda cool! Cool food is always a win!
Here’s a picture of Gabriel and his Boo-nana!

Well a hearty LOL on your comment about "being late" for Halloween! What the heck. I just put up my first Halloween post and the link parties are drenched in CHRISTMAS! When we were at the beach last July, pumpkins and ghosts were everywhere!
But never mind. I LOVE these ghosts and will try to make them for my grandkids. They are quick, easy and so very cute. Healthy too!
And your son is cute too! Cuter, actually, then the Boo-nanas! (But I think you already know that!)

Bananas make great banana bread, banana cake and banana smoothies. I love to know there are lots of easy snacks you can make with bananas. And here another one! Thanks for this idea. Love it!
