This No-Bake Peach Cheesecake is so quick and easy, not to mention delicious! It’s the perfect treat all year long!
Peach Cheesecake
I look forward to peach season every year. I’m not gonna lie, I wish it were a longer season. There’s nothing better in the middle of the summer than a fresh, juicy peach!
It should come as no surprise that I like to use peaches to flavor many of our summer treats … but what do you do during the off-peak season? Many years ago, I experimented with using peach Jello in my no-bake cheesecake recipe – and now, it’s a family favorite! While I personally LOVE peach, you can use any flavor of Jello you like! I think we’ve tried all of the flavors and my family also really likes lime and strawberry! ?
This is one of the easiest dessert recipes ever! You will only need a few ingredients to make this mouth-watering No-Bake Peach Cheesecake! I love taking a few of these babies to potlucks, and we almost always include one of these cheesecake pies in our summer get-togethers!
I will also note that you can easily make your own graham cracker crust in a 9×13-inch pan and double the recipe for the cheesecake part to feed a larger crowd. Sometimes, I put graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a small glass jar and fill the jars with the cheesecake filling. Feel free to adjust the recipe a bit to fit your needs! The pre-made graham cracker crumb crusts work for me because they’re so easy!

Looks delicious but can I ask why they used coffee creamer? Was it just for flavor?
Jamie
Yes, it just adds a creaminess and lightens the fruit flavor.

is there a substitute for the coffee creamer?
Cynthia Blackwelder
I want a substitute for coffee creamer too!
Jamie
You can omit it if you prefer.

I was thinking maybe vanilla protein powder. It would add the vanilla flavor and up the protein. Just a thought.
Sarah
Can I use sugar free peach gelatin? Will it taste the same? Should I add sugar to it?
Jamie
Sugar-free gelatin should be fine – no need to add sugar.
Mary Jane Boyles
what can you use instead of coffee creamer?
Jamie
You could probably omit it – it just lends a creamier taste.
Amy Eutsey
You can use vanilla pudding powder.

This recipe is amazing. Its even good crustless.

Made the jello with the juice off canned peaches. Let the jello chill until thick, 40 min. Whipped it til double in size. Then whipped the cream cheese and sugar. Didn’t have cool whip or creamer, so omitted these. Puréed the peaches and mixed them into the cream cheese. Added 2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond extract. Folded in the whip led jello until well mixed. Poured into graham cracker crust in a brownie pan (9 x7) and chilled. It was marvelous. Thanks for the inspiration!

Just curious why the dry coffee creamer? Sometimes the vanilla flavored ones can be very fake tasting or overpowering. Might use the some plain with the vanilla to break up the vanilla flavor. I will definitely try this as I love peach. Prob good with the lime, raspberry, and strawberry
Jamie
it’s just another layer of flavor and helps add more creaminess. You would be fine with just unflavored dry coffee creamer, and honestly, you can probably omit it completely if you prefer.
Dianna Blair
Do you know what I could substitute for the flavored creamer?
Jamie
You can omit it if you prefer.

Hello, I’m wondering if sugar free jello would work too in this delicious cake for a diabetic diet?
Jamie
I’ve never tried it that way, but think it might work. If you try it, I would love to hear back in case anyone else has the same question.
Tammy Walker
I just made this for our cookout tomorrow. I had to sample the filling and it is delicious. The only issue I had was when trying to spread the filling into the premise crust it cracked in a few places.
Charity Cook
I made this with lemon jello because no peach was available. This is absolutely fabulous. A must try!!!
Twalla Becker
Do you make the jello up or put in dry?
Jamie
Use it dry.
Amy
How about subbing the “frozen whipped topping” for real whipping cream? Other than maybe adding a bit of confectioner’s sugar and chilling a bit longer I would think the results would be similar.
Trina Leflore
Where can I find peach flavor gelatin?
Jamie
I found mine at Walmart. Sometimes it can be hard to find. Check any of your big box grocery stores.
Linda
Can you use French vanilla dry coffee creamer
Jamie
Sure! It will alter the taste slightly, but I think it will taste fine.
