Tortilla Pizzas make a quick and easy meal idea. Use your favorite toppings for the perfect for lunch, dinner, game day grub, or delicious snack any time!
Tortilla Pizza
Today, I’m sharing a super easy Tortilla Pizza recipe. It may be a recipe you’ve forgotten about … and luckily, I’m here to remind you of just how much you really need this in your life!
Although we home-school, after-school snacks are still a part of our day most days. I like to serve my kids things that are quick and easy – and let’s be honest – usually stuff they can prepare themselves.
I don’t know about your family, but our family LOVES pizza. We eat pizza on a rare occasion for lunch or snacks and occasionally on Friday nights!
Two of my favorite Tortilla Pizza flavors are pesto with sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, chopped spinach … or Alfredo sauce with spinach and tomatoes (sometimes I add chicken, too)! My kids prefer plain old pepperoni and cheese!
Feel free to play around with the ingredients – use pesto, salsa, BBQ sauce, or Alfredo sauce in place of the pizza sauce. Use whatever meats and veggies your family prefers! Go crazy … or keep it simple. The choice is yours! ๐

Tortilla Pizza: FAQs
Sure! I especially enjoy spinach tortillas from time to time.
I probably wouldn’t. They’re so easy to put together – it’s best to make them right before baking.
Yes! Place the pizzas on the baking sheet, allowing room for each one without overlapping.
I don’t think corn tortillas don’t cook the same way flour tortillas do. I would probably stick to flour tortillas for this recipe.

Pepperoni and jalapeno = yummm! We love pizza and the thinner the crust the better so tortillas would be perfect!

I would love your recipe for your pesto with sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, chopped spinach โฆ or Alfredo sauce with spinach and tomatoes pizzas! I never used tortillas, I used english muffins and bread! This is a great idea.
Jamie
For the pesto, I just use enough to cover the tortilla and add some sliced black olives, chopped Roma tomatoes, and chopped fresh spinach. For the Alfredo, I use a little chopped fresh spinach and part of a chopped Roma tomato! A few more that are really good are: BBQ Chicken – BBQ sauce, cheese, shredded chicken. Sometimes I add sliced red onion. Another good one is a cheeseburger variation – ketchup and mustard topped with Cheddar, cooked ground beef, and chopped cooked bacon! Pickles are optional ๐

I make my tortilla pizzas in my air fryer, theyโre the best! I switched to this type of pizza when I changed to a low carb eating lifestyle and reversed my Type 2 Diabetes. I can honestly say donโt miss the old pizza of yesteryear as these are so delicious.

someone i know makes the same thing in a frying pan with a little melted butter in the pan before adding the fajita…i think i like the oven recipe better tho…

I have made these multiple times. My husband just loves them! I have done the usual pepperoni and shredded cheese. I also have gotten diced ham, minced dried salami & hot peppers and onions. You just canโt go wrong with this recipe.
